Penentuan Lokasi Flood Shelter Menggunakan Analisis Spatial Multi Criteria Evaluation (SMCE) (Studi Kasus : Kota Batu, Provinsi Jawa Timur)

Kota Batu memiliki potensi terjadinya bencana yang cukup besar. Pada bulan November 2021 terjadi banjir bandang di dan memakan 7 korban jiwa . Banjir diketahui telah berdampak 5 desa Kecamatan Bumiaji, Batu. Salah satu upaya mitigasi dapat dilakukan adalah membangun flood shelter. Flood shelter merupakan bangunan tempat tinggal sementara bagi ketika tiba. Diperlukan analisis spasial untuk menentukan kesesuaian lokasi Dalam Penelitian ini digunakan Metode Spatial Multi Critera Evaluation (SMCE) dalam SMCE jenis metode pendukung menggabungkan SIG AHP mengidentifikasi memberi peringkat berbagai parameter mengindikasikan wilayah pemilihan lokasi. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh bobot jarak sungai yaitu 0,296, jalan 0,187, kemiringan lereng 0,174, curah hujan 0,151, permukiman 0,107 guna lahan 0,085. hasil spatial multi criteria evaluation setelah perhitungan luas pada setiap kelas kesesuaian, area dengan sangat tinggi seluas 1505.58 ha, menengah 8433.5 rendah 432.4 ha. lebih dominasi oleh 9545.18 location allocation Batu, didapatkan rencana terpilih antara lain Sumberbrantas 1, Punten Sisir 3, Junrejo Pendem 1.
